The number of pictures ranges anywhere between 75 and 100. Anything more than 100 pictures can make the montage too long and we don’t want anyone to lose interest. Pictures should be sent in chronological order (birth-present). You can also put the pictures into groups (family, friends, siblings, etc.). If they are paper pictures, they have to be numbered in the order you want them to appear. Use a ballpoint pen or pencil to number them. Do not use a marker on the back because it will stain the other picture. If you are using digital pictures they also have to be renamed and numbered accordingly. So, for example, if you have 10 paper pictures marked 1-10 and picture 11 is a digital picture it should be renamed to suite. This way when you send all the digital pictures on one disc or jump drive (jpeg format) we will know where they go according to the name. The digital pictures must be renamed as they will come up in a different order when uploaded them to our computer. If you decide to include video clips, it would be best to put them on a DVD for us to pull from. We highly recommend sending everything 3-4 weeks prior to your event. We also provide a song list for you to choose from. You would need about 3-4 songs. You can chose from the list or provide your own selection.
